Craniosacral Therapy (Jan)

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle, non-invasive, light touch therapy that releases tension patterns and restrictions in the deepest layers of the Central Nervous System to allow for other systems of the body to balance and self-correct. A therapeutic modality that targets dysfunction in the tissues caused by accidents, injuries, or emotional trauma, Craniosacral Therapy facilitates and enhances the body’s self-correcting mechanism to relieve discomfort, pain, and dysfunction and improve whole-body health, well-being, and vitality. CST has been shown to improve many conditions, including:

  • Headaches and Migranes
  • Chronic Neck and Back Pain
  • Stress and Tension related issues
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Fibromyalgia
  • TMJ Syndrome
  • PTSD
  • And many other conditions

Craniosacral Therapy takes place on a comfortable table in a quiet, relaxing setting with the client fully clothed. Most sessions are 60-90 minutes.

A complementary therapy that can be used alone or with other health care modalities as part of an integrative approach to health and wellness.
