Through our comprehensive program (using traditional Japanese karate, ancientOkinawa weapons, character development, fitness, health, and nutrition, as well as motor development), we aim to do just that: Strebgthen and unify the mind, body, and spirit of each of our students.

About

35+ years exp V Dan - Teaches at The CT Family Fitness & Wellness Center, Mondays and Tuesdays (Weapons) and Adult Classes are taught at all locations. Private lessons available on a case by case basis.

We are a traditional martial arts studio/dojo, training in traditional Japanese karate and Okinawan kobudo with a commitment towards personalized service and individual attention for those seeking to achieve a higher level of understanding of the martial arts.

The benefits of martial arts training don’t end in the dojo. The boost in confidence, increased fitness level and new cooperation skills will also help your child navigate the academic and social aspects of school, affect his behavior at home and have an all-around good influence on him as he develops into an adult.
